Opel Astra J sedan - a front-wheel drive five-seater C-class sedan, which debuted after the Astra in hatchback and station wagon bodies. The place of the world premiere was the Moscow Motor Show, held in August 2012. The sedan immediately received the “decor” of the restyled Astra, which was presented a month earlier. Therefore, in addition to the refreshed body for the sedan, updated electronic assistants have also become available, including an improved Opel Eye video surveillance system, a blind spot monitoring system.

• a 1.6-liter gasoline engine (115 hp, 155 Nm) + a five-speed "mechanics" or a six-speed automatic;

• 1.4-liter gasoline engine (140 hp, 200 Nm) + six-speed "mechanics" or automatic;

• 1.6-liter gasoline engine (180 hp, 230 Nm) + six-speed "mechanics" or automatic;

• 1.7-liter diesel engine (110 hp, 280 Nm and 130 hp, 300 Nm) + six-speed manual gearbox.

The Opel Astra sedan is produced in Poland and Russia.
