Opel Insignia hatchback- A five-door hatchback (liftback) version debuted simultaneously with the sedan in 2008. A year later, the family was replenished with a station wagon. The hatchback occupies an intermediate position and offers buyers a happy medium. On the one hand, the model has a practical 530-liter trunk, and on the other hand, it retains the look and style of a four-door.

A very wide range of engines is available for the Opel Insignia. Some modifications are imported to Ukraine constantly, and some are offered only "on order". The following bundles of power units are available:

• gas modification with a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine running on propane-butane or gasoline (140 hp, 200 Nm) + manual transmission;

• gasoline "aspirated" with a volume of 1.8 liters (140 hp, 175 Nm) + manual transmission;

• 1.4-liter petrol turbo engine (140 hp, 200 Nm) + manual gearbox;

• 1.6-liter petrol turbo engine (180 hp, 230 Nm) + manual gearbox;

• 2-liter petrol turbo engine (220 hp, 350 Nm) + manual or automatic transmission;

• 2-liter petrol turbo engine (250 hp, 350 Nm) + manual or automatic transmission;

• petrol 2.8-liter supercharged V6 (260 hp, 350 Nm) + automatic transmission;

• petrol 2.8-liter supercharged V6 (325 hp, 435 Nm) + manual or automatic transmission - only for the sports version of the OPC;

• two-liter turbodiesel (160 hp, 350 Nm) + manual or automatic transmission.

Cars with 250, 260 and 325 hp engines. are all wheel drive. For modifications with a 160-horsepower turbodiesel, the Adaptive 4x4 system is offered only as an option.

In addition, a mechatronic Flex Ride chassis is offered for a surcharge for the model. The system is complex and consists of shock absorbers with solenoid valves, as well as an electronics unit that controls the engine, steering and transmission. Three modes are available to the driver: Tour (comfortable), Normal (medium) and Sport (sporty).

The list of options includes a premium audio system, several leather interior options, 20-inch wheels.

Opel Insignia is produced in Germany.
